Rooted is a 10-week small group experience designed to connect you to God, the church, and your purpose. Together, in a group of 10–12 people, you'll explore the Bible, pray, serve, share stories, and practice the rhythms of the early church from Acts 2.

The 10 Weeks

  1. An introduction to the Rooted journey: the 7 Rhythms of Rooted, how the 10 weeks work, and the story of how Rooted began.

  2. Exploring who God is, what He is like, and what it means to know Him personally.

  3. Learning how God speaks through His Word, prayer, and His Spirit, and how to listen.

  4. Wrestling honestly with pain and loss, and discovering where God is when life hurts.

  5. Understanding spiritual warfare and how to stand firm in the freedom Jesus gives.

  6. Discovering the gifts and purpose God has placed in you.

  7. Putting your purpose into practice and living it out in everyday life.

  8. What the Bible says about money, generosity, and trusting God with what we have.

  9. Why our faith is worth sharing, and simple ways to share your story.

  10. Why God designed us for community, and finding your place in the local church.

FAQs

  • Rooted is a 8-week discipleship program and a catalyst for life-change. It provokes questions and conversations and group experiences designed to give you a glimpse of your story in God’s story.

  • Registration is easy! Click the link above to register and we will contact you regarding your payment, book and more.

  • We understand that Rooted is a large time commitment, but we believe it is worth it to invest in the entire process. If you know you are going to miss more than 2 meetings, we ask that you wait until the next session of Rooted. The 8 weeks are a cumulative experience, and so we ask that every participant commit to honor each other with being at every meeting.

  • We form groups of married couples, singles, women, men, and young adults. These groups ultimately depend upon the demographic of those who registered. A substantial amount of prayer and thoughtfulness goes into creating groups which we think will provide the best experience for all people who attend. While we do our best to honor requests when possible, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all friend or leader requests.

  • Alpha is for people unsure about faith. Rooted is for those already following Jesus and wanting to go deeper.

  • Rooted costs $50.00 per person. This includes your meals and book for the 8 weeks. (around $7 a week!)
